Voiceback provides an AI-powered chatbot platform that enables businesses to deploy automated customer support agents, manage conversations, and integrate AI capabilities into their operations.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content through the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by Voiceback and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload or transmit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Voiceback a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
8. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your account at any time.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Voiceback does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voiceback shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service.
